Privacy Policy

Goddu Imprint is the trade name of Goddu Enterprises, Inc., a promotional products distributor based in Salem, New Hampshire. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use godduimprint.com or request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call (603) 890-2406 and ask.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information. The first is information you give us directly. When you submit a quote request, book a consultation, take the 60-Second Promo Quiz, or email us, we collect your name, business email, phone number, company name, industry, and the project details you share, such as quantity, timeline, artwork, and budget.

The second is information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This helps us understand which pages are useful and keep the site running.

How we use your information

• Respond to quote requests and scope your order
• Produce, proof, and deliver the promotional products you order
• Send order status updates, proofs, and invoices
• Answer questions and provide customer support
• Measure and improve how the website performs
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. Your contact details and your artwork stay between you and Goddu Imprint.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the business. Each one processes only the data it needs for its job and is bound by its own privacy terms:

• Website hosting and content delivery
• Website analytics, to measure page performance
• Calendar booking, to schedule consultations
• Email delivery, to send quotes, proofs, and order updates
• Payment processing, when an order is invoiced

How long we keep it

We keep quote and project information for as long as you are an active or prospective customer, and afterward for up to seven years to meet tax, accounting, and reorder-history needs. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis, typically no longer than 26 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We honor these requests no matter which state you are in, because it is simpler and fairer to treat everyone the same.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from requesting a quote or booking a call.

Children's privacy

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party sites, such as our scheduling tool or our social profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and update it when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
