These Terms of Service govern your use of godduimprint.com and any quote, order, or consultation you place with Goddu Imprint, the trade name of Goddu Enterprises, Inc. of Salem, New Hampshire. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. We kept them short and readable. The written quote we send you is the controlling document for any specific order.

Quotes and order acceptance

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless we state otherwise. An order is accepted and binding once you approve the written quote, approve the artwork proof, and we receive a written purchase order or confirmation. Production does not begin until artwork proofs, and physical spec samples where applicable, are approved in writing. Approving a proof authorizes production exactly as shown.

Pricing and fees

All setup fees, screen charges, color upcharges, and rush surcharges are disclosed on the written quote before you sign. The invoice matches the written quote unless you agree to a change in writing. Setup fees are charged once per logo placement and are not charged again on exact reorders. Published per-unit prices on this website are estimates that move slightly with barrel color, ink color, decoration method, and current material costs. Your written quote is the firm number.

Artwork, proofs, and color

You are responsible for reviewing every proof carefully before approving it. We produce what the approved proof shows. Because of differences between screens, printing methods, fabric dye lots, and material batches, finished colors can vary slightly from what you see on a monitor or a printed proof. We match Pantone references as closely as the process allows and send a physical sample on request, but exact color cannot be guaranteed across every material.

Production quantities

Custom decoration is a manufacturing process. Industry-standard practice allows for a small overrun or underrun, generally within five percent of the quantity ordered. We bill for the quantity actually produced and shipped. If you need an exact count, tell us before production so we can plan for it.

Your artwork and intellectual property

You represent that any logo, image, or text you submit is owned by you or licensed to you for the use you are ordering, and you authorize Goddu Imprint to reproduce it for your order. You agree to indemnify Goddu Imprint against any trademark, copyright, or other claim arising from artwork you supply. We do not verify that you hold rights to the artwork you send. We may display finished, non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Delivery and timelines

Production timelines are documented on the written quote and run from the date artwork is approved. We notify you promptly if a documented timeline is at risk, with the goal of adjusting before an agreed launch or event date is affected. Shipping dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Cancellations, changes, and returns

You may cancel or change an order at no charge before artwork is approved and production begins. After production begins, you are responsible for the cost of work completed and materials committed, because custom-decorated goods cannot be resold. We stand behind our work. If a product is defective or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or credit the affected items.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total liability of Goddu Imprint for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected line item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or a missed event, arising from an order or from your use of this website.

Use of this website

The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by Goddu Imprint and provided for your information. You may not copy, scrape, or republish it without permission. We provide the site as is and do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a direct conversation will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire. We would always rather pick up the phone and fix it first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.
