What is the minimum order on Wicked Cheap Pens?
2,500 units. That is the floor for full-color imprint pricing. Pricing is 35 cents a unit at 2,500, 27 cents a unit at 10,000, and 16 cents a unit at 100,000 and above. Setup fee is disclosed on the written quote and never charged again on exact reorders.
Can you do rush production in under 7 business days?
Yes. Standard production runs 7 to 10 business days. Rush in 5 business days is available on most product lines with a documented rush surcharge disclosed on the quote. If a deadline is genuinely impossible, I will tell you on the first call, not after you have placed the order.
How do you handle artwork files? What do I need to send?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are best. High-resolution PNG works for most jobs. If you only have a low-res logo, I have an in-house art process to rebuild it as a clean vector at no extra charge on first orders. Pantone color codes are appreciated but I can pull them from a printed sample if you do not have them.
Will I be hit with setup fees, screen charges, or color upcharges after the quote?
No. Every charge is on the written quote before you cut the PO. Setup, screen, color upcharges, and rush fees are all disclosed at quote stage. Surprise invoicing is the failure pattern I built this business to fix.
Can you Pantone-match our locked brand colors?
Yes. Pantone match is included on pen orders 5,000 units and above, and on every tumbler and embroidered polo order. I send a printed proof or physical sample before production on every first-time logo placement.
